INSPIRED has developed a core competency in Planning, Designing and Launching specialized institutions in its 15 plus year history. INSPIRED has planned and assisted its clients to launch Savings and Credit Cooperatives, rural bank branches, a multimillion-dollar agribusiness development trust, a multimillion-dollar guarantee company, two impact investment funds and a new bank. INSPIRED has also authored numerous business plans and feasibility studies for development trusts, banks, guarantee companies and others. INSPIRED has provided advisory services to assist in business development (new products, business registrations, human resource development, etc.) for banks, agribusinesses, and development trusts.

Among our consultants we retain rural development specialists, agribusiness specialists, finance professionals, accountants and a commercial lawyer—all of whom are familiar with Africa. Our experience combined with our unique staff has enabled us to tackle all manner of business development issues including: planning; developing policies and procedures; developing accounting and MIS; registering the business/institution; preparing templates for contracts, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property protection, etc; developing products and product manuals; recruiting management staff and board members; and training.
